Products may display as in stock online, however during the period of the order being received to our physical store, the item may have changed to a status of 'out of stock' due to sales crossover from instore purchases. On these occasions one of our staff members will contact you and offer to order the product in (Australian suppliers only) and ship the order complete, when the ordered product has arrived. This may delay shipping by up to 4-5 days. We can also arrange to remove the product from the order and ship the balance of the goods to you. The Click and Collect option, as a free shipping option, is conditional upon the customer collecting the order directly from The Rocks store – 3 Cambridge Street – The Rocks – NSW – 2000, during standard business hours, once the customer has been advised the order is ready and compiled for collection.
