An almost perfect imitation of natural squirrel has been achieved with the Ultimo series of brushes. Extraordinary softness and a capacity to retain liquids makes this synthetic hair developed by Escoda the benchmark to gradually replace natural hair in the future.
The Ultimo Series 1933 Evolution by Escoda takes this benchmark to a new level with the revolutionary new ferrule design. The intricate hole pattern within the ferrule allows for up to 50% more water absorption and retention than other synthetic mop brushes.
With the same absorption properties as that of a natural squirrel hair and a defined tip for sharp lines and detail, the artist has a single brush that enables the pure potential of their creativity.
Available in size 20 only, the brush head diameter at the ferrule is 15.35mm and its length out of the ferrule is 45mm. It features a well balanced and ergonomic stained birchwood handle with flattened sides to remain in place on your studio work table.
